We quote on the terms that suit your logistics, commonly EXW, FCA, CIP or DAP. The terms are written on the quotation.
Can you ship any product to any country?
Not always. Some materials are subject to export controls or destination rules. We check before quoting and tell you plainly if something cannot be shipped.
What documents will my importer need?
We provide a commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of analysis and safety data sheet, plus HS codes and other product data on request.
How long does delivery take?
It depends on the product, stock position, destination and courier. Each quotation states an estimated lead time.
